In general, gold fish are very hardy and rarely get sick. However, these may get sick and I have listed below some of the different types of diseases they can get.

Why purchase feeder fish at the store when you can breed them inexpensively on your own? Although they can be purchased quite cheaply, an every week expense can tend to add up immensely.
